Rear brake ? Floating?

The bottom caliper mount in this pic has a broken flange on the channel and when the brake was applied the caliper and hose would roll backwards...
I don't know if this is what you have going on but it's something to think about.

Let me reword that.
The caliper would roll back when the brake was applied and the bike rolled backwards.
