Has anyone here ever drag raced in a straight line Kx5 against kx5 one with fly-wheel weight and one without?

What is the result?

No, I haven`t.
But I think it depence very much what surfaces you test it on.
I have reduce the weight on my racebike flywheel to get quick response for my kind of race on ice.
My other bike for MX/enduro, I will try the flywheelweight soon.

Team Kawasaki used to add weight to the fly-wheel on the 500's when Emig,Hughes,Kidreowski, and Larocco raced the 500 class.Not sure if Ward ran more weight.

Kawasaki had a bunch of different weights to choose from. Remember, those were 60+ HP Monsters w/ unreal "Snap"...they used "Stuffers" (Smaller stinger I.D.) on the pipes, too.
