Do you have an aftermarket basket with the little allen screws? I learned they needed peened in addition to the required loctite, after I had one back out. Maybe something else in the big gear jamming it up.

Not sure, I've never had the cover off.

Well I found it... A gear seized up on the mainshaft. I've heard this has happened to others before.

Anyone have a lead on parts??? Bikebandit has them for 220 for both.

 Service Honda now sells parts for just about anything,Weather it's through another dealership or not I'm not sure.  You have to actually put your parts in your "basket " to see the discounted price.

These have been the least expensive oem parts suppliers I have found.
