What pressure cap is used on the KX5? I am using a street bike radiator, and I don't think the caps are the same pressure. It spits coolant out when cold.

Just curious, what streetbike radiator fit? both of mine are a bit are bent and any option that may be cheaper is a good thing!

Anywho, I "think" the stock is 1.5 ATM. Which is 22psi accord to wolfram alpha http://www32.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=1.5ATM+to+PSi

Sorry, forgot to mention its in a quad. And its from a CX500.

I believe the STOCK cap is 1.1

Put an over flow bottle on the bike/quad and problem solved - Shut the bike off and the coolant pushed out siphones back in.
