2002 KX250 Is this a lowering link?
« on: February 22, 2009, 02:11:55 AM »
Hey:

I picked up a KX250 a couple of days ago.  Is this a lowering link in the picture?  Does anyone know how much it lowers the rear?

Thank you.

looks to be the stock link to me if you are looking to lower the bike Devol racing makes a sweet link that has like a nut with an offset hole in the one end that allows you the adjust the hight to your liking, they don't have them listed on there web sight but if you call them they might be able to hook you up.
Yep, you can ride it - if YOU can start it !!

Thanks.  Not looking to lower it, just thought it looked a little low in the rear.

Probably going to throw my SM wheels/tires/brakes on it.

Measure it.  I'll look at mine and see if it's the same.
