Anyone else running a Lectron carb ???

Man o man....mine is finiky with weather changes....any thoughts.
Just bout a new set of tires to stud out for the winter, & am wondering of tips with the carb running in 0-32 degrees F. at sea level.
First Lectron i've had....wierd friggin rig...LOL !!!
