I got JFabs spacer and it was a Perfect Fit, The finish was great and she dropped right in.
Any one contemplating buying one from JFab should have no reservation.   His communication was quick as well as the shipping.

95,
I took one of the stockers to the hardware store, found a nut and then took the size off the bin and found a flanged bolt a little longer than I needed and trimmed to fit.  Sorry I don't know the dimension.  embarassed
I do know the torque is only 87 inch pounds undecided

I figured thats what I would have to do. Although, every time I try to go to the hardware store and find a nut or bolt.... they never have it. We shall see

 95,
Is there a NAPA or farm supply type shop near you?
I got my bolts out of the "Jobbers" big row of nuts and bolts, I was gonna get hex head an decided against it.
I'll take one out and swing by ace hardware and get you the bolt size when I pick up my daughter from school.
  3:00pm pacific....
You should have said something sooner I would'a got it for you...
   Please Stand by,

If you don't have any luck I have an awesome nut and bolt store in my hometown.  He almost always has what I need.  If it's a 3/8 reed spacer I would be happy going there a picking up some stainless steel bolts to fit.  I agree with tuck that the hex heads are a little difficult to deal with, but that is what I got on my kx500.  Just let me know.  They are cheap and fit PERFECTLY!    It's a place called C&J Enterprises in Tulare, CA.         (559) 688-1968    Just shoot me a pm if you want me to pick them up and send them.  No charge to you!!!!!!!   B.O.

Ya man I am very grateful you offered the help. Im sure I can find the bolts now that I have a size from Friar. Its hard for me to get to stores and so on right now as my only transportation is a ZX12R. Not very fun to ride when its a thunderstorm out side! But I really appreciate everyone's help!
