does the 04 kx500 need the .052 long bolt in the poer valve also part# and mfg. for reed spacer thanks

the bolt is  .520 long  it would help the bottem end power of the 89 to 2004 bikes

Try Moose Racing for the reed spacer.  It is also easy to fabricate your own if you are even slightly handy. Cam.
