kx 500 Gearbox

Hi every one

I just bought a kx 500 (yes its my second now but when your bit by the monster you cant stop) whit a tranny problem 3 gear is gone =( and now im wondering do i need to split the case ? or kan I get the gears out from the cluth side ?
