i have just done my bolt mod for the kips. works awesome.  now the main big power valve up top ,i think its called a flutter. how loose is it surpose to be i stuck my finger up the exhuast and i can its very loose i can wiggle it up and down and it has a bit of play sideways too . should i do the pull the pins out and turn them around like you guys have said before or should i pull the barrel of and take out the whole thing. cheers for any info.
