i had a few guys inquire about the blue silicone hoses  we use on our KX500AF models, and i apologize if  i dint get back to everyone..

we do offer them for sale if guys think it might fit there own builds,,
but of course we can not guarantee it ,
or accept returns in this type of order.

if interested you can order them by calling our 800 line,
or thru email
  parts@servicehonda.com

the info that will help your sales person out:

 line code: SHP
part number : KXhosekit

cost is USD $119.99

the 180 degree  bend hose ,that is included in the kit, might help some of the project bikes.. that  are 500 engines in whatever chassis??

we buy the hoses as a complete kit, so i cant seperate that one hose..

any chance of getting any detailed pics of the setup? I know i have seen some pics floating around, but I did not know if you had any on hand. I'm just not too familiar with how the radiator outputs are on the 450f

yea, those will do nothing for me Smiley

I am running the standard 1999 radiator hoses, with the center connector trimmed just a hair. Cool business though, if they were factory kx500 stuff i could use them on my 2002 hybrid....

They are made for how we change the rads, to where we relocate
the hose barbs , so it might take some adjustments with anyone elses set up..
they would more help a guy who hadnt moded his radiators yet, as he could match the barb locations  up cleanly to these hose locations.
