float keeps sticking

HHHEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!! :-D i have done everything i can think of, but my float keeps sticking. i don't know what the hell i'm doin wrong, but i've never had this problem b4...any advice is greatly appreciated. thanx in advance for the help. ps....it's a 2000 kx500

got it.....it was the float needle.....checked everything but that :-D ( it only cost me $24......d**n)
