Hi there Kiwimonster. I have one on order. It is apparantly now built and awaiting shipment out here to Sweden (another 7-10 days), so give me a couple of weeks and then watch this space for a ride review!

The USD has taken a hammaring over the past year, so the price of the KX500af is only slightly more than a new 450f in Sweden. So choosing a new bike was a bit of a no-brainer really!

we can buy a 450 0ver here for $11500 so kx500af is still alot dearer but hey  the 500 still the king. good luck with your new kx . send me some photos when ya get it. emails on my profile . cheers.
