My Supermoto
I_Duddits:
So this is the second one I've built, the front brake adapter was made of ally by a friend of mine and looks and works a treat.
Today I took her out for a run on a dirt road along side a creek (testing).......
Two bad things happened:
1) I need a fresh set of undies 'cos I think I shat my pants!!! :-o
2) She's very much, all or nothing, put, put, put BANG----> Gone like the wind with the front wheel in the air (that incedentally is when I blew a hole in my pants )
3) She "runs on" pretty bad too, ie: I shut off the throttle but she continues to runn for a teeny bit (doesn't give one a warm and fuzzy when stop means stop!!!)
I do have a spare carb which I'll be trying tomorrow, any other ideas or comments on the bike?

Beautiful bike! Question: Are you still using the stock master cylinder and 2-piston caliper with a relocating adaptor? If so, do they still feel strong enough? I'm planning on using a 4-piston caliper off of a ZX636 with a Brembo 12mm master cylinder on my supermoto project and some are saying it'll be overkill.
