I know that the CRF450 wheels won't fit. I bought a set to try test fitting to my '92 KX5. Axle sizes and rotor and sprocket spacing was all different. These were stock Honda hubs though. Some of the aftermarket hubs will fit a variety of bikes though. I decided that it was just easier to lace a set of rims to a set of KX5 hubs. I was able to drill the CRF450 front brake rotor to fit the KX hub though. Had to have a custom caliper bracket made though.
The rear axles on all the KX5's are the same (if I'm not mistaken) but the front axles (and forks) were changed about '95 or so.

I just swapped my KX 500 supermoto over to a YZ/WR. Nothing is a straight swap. You can get away with new spacers on the front wheel but the rotor offset is off slightly so you would have to modify the relocation bracket.
The rear wheel is all wrong. Including the axle size. I bought RAD wheels with the universal hex hubs, they have adapters for swapping wheels from bike to bike. I bought front spacers and the rear carriers for the rotor and sprocket, spacers too. The universal wheels are the way to go.
