OK so your piston is 87mm, I assume somebody installed a cast iron sleeve, if so you should be able to bore it. does it have a cast iron sleeve? or did it get bored and replated at 87mm. Actually is the cylinder damaged, if not why not replace the piston with the same 87mm, of course thats after checking to make sure it's within tolerance

I got a spare cylinder with messed up nicasil and thinking about overbore it to 89mm and
replate it.

Oops,don?t think La sleeve ship to Europe,have to come up with a solutions for that... :|
