Whats up everyone I am 23 years old i just bought a 95 KX500 that has been ported, polished, jetted, bored out, and has an extended swing arm for hill climbing. I haven't rode for about 5 years now my last bike was a YZ-125 i know there is alot of differance between them but can anyone tell me what to expect with this 500 besides getting my a** kicked by  it.

Just remember not to run it like a 125. It will definately beat you up if you do. Try riding it a gear higher than you think it needs to be and that helps until you get used to it.
