R&D Pipe?

Just saw this while performing my daily ebay parts perusal.  Never seen or heard of these guys before so thought I'd see if anyone here has some info on this pipe.

 Is it a plated stock pipe? Doesn't look like anything homemade. Contact the seller about who r&d is. Looks like a stock bend.

Platypus:
I agree that it looks stock but the welds would lead me to believe otherwise.  I did some searching and found that this company makes pipes and other performance parts for watecraft.  They must have made dirt bike pipes at some point.  So does anyone have any experience with these pipes?
