Thanks for the compliment on the K5.  It's a 97 model I found for cheap rusting away in a bone yard. Bought it for pennies on the dollar and completely went through it using this forum as a map.

Both seat cover and foam came from www.gutsracing.com

I believe it was listed in the competition seat cover section.  It's the only one they sell that's triple stitched with the gripper mid section.

 Hey Doordie,

I called to confirm that part number. 

It's 6304-21-31. If you look at website their display will not have Kawasaki on the side but, this part number will come with emblem on the side.
