RAD VALVE + MOOSE TORQUE SPACER

My KX500 came with a Boyesen aluminum rad valve and a moose racing torque spacer. The spacer wasn't installed, would it be worth my time to install it? I know it's going to be a really tight fit, but I'm not installing it if I won't notice a difference.
