hi,the inner part of a carb(messing color tube where the needle fits in),can you buy this alone or do you have to buy a complete carb?

  Normally those are brass and press out but you should check the sudco website diagram to see for sure. Cam.

 I believe the part you are wanting to replace is covered by the little note stating parts not numbered are not replacable.
  I had gotten an old PJ and wanted to re-build it.  It looks like its pressed in and should be easy enough to pop out but no dice.   Mikuni's do but not Keihin.
