Are you trying to adapt one part to another bike or something similar?

Hard to believe that no one here has a 99 kx250 that could measure their forks for you. Good luck.

I have a 99 KX 250, let take some measurements, and I'll let you know.

Oh awsome! Anything you could post up to give us some idea what direction/look your going for? Using the 500 motor? Skinny 21 inch front rim with a street tire and a somewhat fat rear to match? Sounds like something I would love to do.
