Interesting tidbit of carb info...

Hi guys:
Doing maintenance recently on my K5,  had my carb down to clean and l took the cable apart to lube.  
I found out that the little plastic cup that the spring sets in has a protrusion on it that sits in the slot that the cable slides out of.  I didnt get this little protrusion back into the slot when I put it together - Ooops.
this produced a slight "clitch" in my throttle as the cable was trying to work its way out of the slot.  It didnt stick but I wonder if it might have had the cable been in a "dry"state..  
Anyway, thought someone may learn at my expense!
