Well I plan on entering some enduros, not too sure on the whole timekeeping thing?  I have been racing Harescrambles for the past few years as well as motocross too but I prefer the woods.  Now at 41 it just seems like the thing to do.  Just need to get the KX legal and enduro ready.  The power jet lighting source sounds good but I was thinking of just using a battery powered light to get through tech.  I have seen the trail tech enduro computers and their magnetic pick up for the front wheel rotation.  Didn't think that would be too reliable (I may be wrong) and was thinking of a mechanical drive retrofitted like from a KDX ???

I believe the axle is bigger than the KDX and the hub doesnt have any tabs to drive the drive unit. You could probably machine something up, but it seems like it would be alot of work. The ICO is very reliable and easy to mount. Ill try to get my brother to take a picture of my sensor and magnet mounting.(I dont have a digital camera) It might take a few days though. Does your state require the bike to be tagged up and insured?
A couple of 03 and 04 KXs, a few YZs, 3 PE 400s, a DR and a TS.

I actually live in Ontario, Canada.  I have an "Off Road" plate and do have insurance too.  I have been checking on ebay and there are many trail tech enduro computers for the cheap too but I don't understand why they would be bike model specific?
