Got a few questions for you out of curiousity.
How much did the KX450F weigh prior to disassembly?
How about now as the 500A?
Looks great, how is the pipe working on power and tuning?

BigGreenMachine:
Nice. Your welds, are they Tig or Mig with Argon gas?
kxs in oz:
Hey furiously i did not get a chance to weigh the two bikes but riding them you can tell the difference the 500 is lighter to turn and stop but feels very easy to get more air on jumps the suspension feels more responsive to changes and needs to be soften in spring rates.
Also the welds are all done buy tig not mig thanks
FuriouSly:
Cool, how is the vibration? The stiffer alum frame has to transmit more of the nasty vibs of the KX5 motor? Diggin' the bike though.
