OK well MONO is the brand name of the foam and its basicly used to seal cracks from air leaks. It expands in the cracks. What I want to know is would it be suitable as a vibration killer inside the frame of my trike once the 500 is installed.

Do you mean the squirty builders foam that expands in gaps.
Often used to stiffen up round doorframes?

I have heard of someone usingh it in their handlebars to dampen vibrations down but personally have never tried it myself.

My brother put it in the frame of his Aluminum CR500 and says it makes a difference.   I don't know what brand of foam it is though.
