hi im new to the 500 world and could use some help

i was just wondering if any one has a good jetting set up for a kx 500 with a pro circut pipe for 5000-9000 ft i here bout how mean they are supposed to be but mine is not. i believe it due to being rich. so any help will be apreciated. i ride 60-90*F thanks

Over in the Howto's, under "Fuel" you'll find a jetting chart.

Reguardless of pipe the chart is a good starting point.

Exactly what hughes said, it's only a starting point. You can also search for jetting, it's been beat like a dead horse around here :mrgreen:
