Can anybody recommend any rear shock upgrades for my 1987 kx 125

the right spring for your weight and aftermarket piston if any one does them or at least a revalve.but you need to know what it downfalls are all you wont improve a thing ,like does it bottom, does it kick,does it wallow you need to tell the suspension guy.another thing to check is the shock shaftworn and you might need a new seal head as well,as for the forks race tech does a emulator gold valve for the forks which would improve them.

It needs a complete rebuild worn seals bearings shaft is corroded. Just wondered if there was any upgrades as the race tech goldvalve but dont see it listed for my year I have sent them a message but no reply as of yet. I'm going to look into a later model shock think I'm gonna try my 88 shock see if that fits. I have seen a gold valve kit for that shock as for the front also going 88 as have some of those n see also race tech mods for those.
