Kx250 spooge
« on: March 15, 2020, 12:59:39 AM »
Hello guys, I’m after some advice or at-least solve my spooge problem on my kx250 1994...
I have a small amount of spooge / droplets coming out of the rear silencer and smokes a considerable amount on start up it improves as it warms up out the rear silencer the previous owner used cheap premix oil in which I now use maxima castor 927 as previous used in my other bikes,
I’ve checked the crank seal and didn’t seem to bad but I replaced it anyway, my jetting appears correct and running it at 32:1 which I’m certain is correct,
I haven’t rode the bike for months just fired it up on the odd occasion which I can only think I’m not giving it a good run could be the issue? Anyone think a good blast will clean the old girl out??
Thanks for your time and hopefully you guys can help! Thanks again! 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Repack muffler , seal all joints ,i run all my kxs at 40 to 1 and never leave a drop but you need to spend time jetting , just do it one step at a time . if you want it to run even better get the head recut for the correct squish etc, all my kaw 2 strokes have been done .well worth it.
