Got the 4 way strech, marine grade tectured vinyle from JoAnns fabric in Southern California. Just streached and stapled. It has held up well on over 5 rides now.

my seat is still in good shape. You think thats a good idea to do it before it gets trashed? That way you could just re-cover it and not worry about tearing up the actual seat...
