Power jet carb on kx500

So as you know from my previous post I'm having some Carburetion issues I have a power jet pwk laying around my shop not sure what it came off of my question is this will this carburetor function the same as a normal pwk as long as the solenoids not hooked up and run the same Jets and all what do you think thank you
