Piston Oversizes? A B C D etc

How much bigger would a "C" oversize piston be versus stock?

97 KX500

I know/think the oversizes increment by a certain number, just not sure what it is! :)

Also, the piston I have in my bike right now is made by "ART"  (its marked on the side).  Would their C size be in any way comparable to stock?  I'm not familiar with ART, are they any good?

PS.  Just read ART is the manufacturer for the Japanese OEM's.... yes?
