I HAVE A "ANGLED" BOOT FROM A 98 KX250 ON MY 86 KX500 - I DITCHED THE AIR BOX AND AM RUNNING A K&N FILTER.  IT BOLTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS JUST FINE!
