Setting up 01 model for MX

Fellow KX500 rider from Down Under here. Just wondering if anyone could give me some set up tips eg. gearing,fork tube height,jetting, suspenion settings for a 01 model being ridden on tight MX tracks,sand and hardpack.Any advice would be a great help.Thankyou.
