Just curious how you can you fit sprocket like 16 teeth? 14 is the biggest I can fit without tearing the chain guard to pieces. 14 leaves me with 2 mm left to the chain guard.

My 16 tooth front sprocket fits on Ok, it clears the guard but just fouls the rubber that protects the swingarm but does not touch the aluminium and just wears the rubber till it's no longer a problem.

My bike is a 90 model if that makes any difference :?
