Sorry to see that gowen. Thats my worst fear cause it would take me forever to come up with the money for a rebuild. I take it pretty easy on my bike because of that. Hope you get it together soon.

Thanks Cam!!! I have installed a PVL system, which is the entire ignition. Coil, CDI, stator, flywheel, ect. So, I'm stumped on where to look. I have crisped the Jetting, but failed to rethink that the PVL system allows the system to rev about 20% over stock where it shifts the power, and never richened the top-end. Even though it ran great, maybe the semi-lean mixture (for running 20% over stock) and mixed with the engine not warm has caused a nasty seize? I'm out of options it looks like, let me know what you guys think, I'm going to send the cylinder off to the guys that built it and let them see what they say. Anyhow, thanks guys, please keep the oppinions coming, cause I will start to tear into the lower-end now, and need suggestions to just change everything or what.

Was it a Wiesco piston, they take a little longer to warm up.

gowen,
The cylinder have been very warm with poor or no lubrication.
(No oil deposit on piston head and dry crankcase).
Could be this:
1.The gas not shaked before filling,oil/gas ratio wrong.
2.Ignition failure.(CDI or moved flywheel).
3.Very lean jetting.
4.Cooling leakage between cylinder/head or in to gearbox/clutch.
5.A large inleakage of air.
Good thing,I think you don?t have to replate, only clean away aluminiumdeposit.
Use "scotchbrite".
My motto:If it not kill you, it`s only make you stronger!
