Brian,

Did you install a vent tube?  I have made these in the past for the 80cc bikes, but always added a vent tube.

The overflow tube is wire strapped in place so it only goes 2/3 's the way into the bottle, the opening of the overflow bottle is 25% larger than the tube....I use the same method for my carb etc and strap it to the rh side of the carb snorkel....problem is that the carb drain doesn't drain because of the up hill angle, I need to lower the bottle so their is no fuel in the overflow tube, causes the engine to act weird sometimes so I have to lower the bottle for the next race......still learnin

Brian,
Thanks for the idea!! I used a tall armourall bottle with a cap from something else. I made my tube go to the bottom and cut it on an angle. Hopefully it will siphon back after it cools down (like a car). My first test was a doozy and it worked great. Cam.
