kx250f rear wheel for a kx500

I am thinking about getting a set of wheels from a 05 250f, the front wheel works but not sure about the rear, axle size and brake rotor size maybe just a bearing change, any help would be welcome. thanks

Warp 9 sells adaptor spacers and the the brake rotor to make it work.  That is weird you say the front works, the 450 wheel that I tried did not and Warp 9 said it was a different hub, but I did not check on the 250, but since they are a steel frame and different suspension maybe they used the same front end.

I put the whole front on from an 05 250f, 48mm kyb forks, used the newer axle just removed the one from 500 wheel, used 500 brake caliper and stem for the clamps. looks good with newer plastic
