and here is a pic from winter 95-96 ..my first 250. and look at the rear tyre .that was my first version for riding on the frozen lake...  :-D

I will try to answer you:
Tripleclamp(steper offset) and forks from KX250 1992 (Blue) and hard settings.
Öhlins shock with soft spring and very slow rebound,give weight to backwheel at straights for traction.
We use standard duro iceroad tires as you in Finland.
Doma pipe
Ovalbored Kehin pwk39 to 41mm. 185/52
Vforce 2
Porting,doordie style!  :evil:
