Quick question Is all carb cleaner the same the manufacturer is 'car care' just wanted to check with the pros before I spray it in my carb

Any carb cleaner you buy in aerosol cans at wal mart or auto parts store would be fine. Take the carb apart as much as you can and spray in all the little holes that you can find. I would recommend wearing safety glasses while doing this. Also if you have access to a air compressor it is a good idea to blow out all the holes as well. Then document all the jetting that you have and start playing with leaner jets. My local bike shop let me borrow a hand full of jets to get my bike dialed in. I just brought back what I didn't need and bought the ones that I decided to keep. With the carb still on the bike it is fairly easy to change out the main and the pilot by loosening the two hose clamps and twisting the carb enough to remove the bottom plug. You can access the two jets from there. I just kept playing with it until I found what made the bike run the best. Also keeping an eye on the spark plug color. Ultimately you want it to look mocha brown. Not white or black. Your throttle should make the bike rev up crisp and clean. While holding the throttle wide open (not riding the bike) It should scream with minimal smoke coming out the tail pipe.

2004 KAWASAKI KX250 Sea level using 32:1 Premix
After market jetting is as recommended by Pro Circuit

All the settings are as stock and the carb seems undamaged apart from the I don't know which the 'power jet' is which is shown in ye table as 50? I can't find it? Can someone clarify where to check please,

It's cleaned brilliantly with carb cleaner thanks guys for the infor on the cleaner and compressed air tips, looks a treat now! Only problem I've got is the 4 screws holding the flow bowl are stripped the person previously made a balls of it so I had to destroy them getting them out.. Why they are not allenkey fittings I don't know.. But they will be when I get them replaced :) the next thing I noticed was the gasket between the flow bowl and the rest of the carb has some 'reddish crusty paste' which looked like sealant so I took it off and cleaned and cleaned gasket and see if it leaks if I need a new gasket ill get one,

Oh the only thing that differed from The table was the main air screw was out 1.25 turns rather than 1.5 turns so I out it to stuck but this is adjustable anyway once built back up.

Just thought I'd report back to the gurus of my findings!!

Not sure what  :? means but are you waiting for a reply to a specific question?
If so, just let us know.
Also, have you bought a manual for your bike yet?
I don't have one specific to your year or I would look for you.
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

yes that is the powerjet...and it is located directly below the powerjet solenoid(you have to take the bowl off)....this isn't the best pic,but I'm not removing my carb right now while it's in my living room, but this is the solenoid...there should be a very small slotted screw head, directly under it once you have the bowl off...and that is the powerjet.
