1994 kx 500 fork spring i.d marks

Hi guys was wondering if someone can tell me what the marks on my kx 5 fork springs mean.
i have three straight lines on one side and one straight line directly opposite, all marks are on the top of the spring, thanks in advance for any info,  tricky.

Friar-Tuck:
 This is all I can find for now, 
"If they are the stock springs they will just have a couple lines on the end, looks like II (.27) or III for the heavier springs. Most aftermarket will be marked with the actual spring rate."

If you have a shop nearby they should probably have a spring tester and tell you exactly what you have.
