I've been working on and off for a year on rebuilding my 91 KX500.  I finally got it all put back together and was able to take it out yesterday.  I can't believe the power.  I'm a pretty big guy and race a KX450 but the difference is amazing.

I think I would really enjoy the engine if it were in a modern frame.
