88 and newer Shrouds fit 87 KX500

More questions. As anybody tried using 88 or new radiator shrouds on the 87 KX500. I bought the Maier brand shrouds and the molding is not very good. I think I found UFO shrouds for 88 and newer 500's. I have front and rear fenders from UFO and the molding looks like factory. Thanks.
