Restriction in silencer

I found a restriction in the end of my stock silencer! This makes me suspect someone has repaired the silencer at some stage.
Can someone please let me know what the stock inside diameter is supposed to be?
Mine looks like it will measure about 29mm after I removing the restrictor.

mine (un molested)  reads roughly 1" ID

With the ?restrictor? mine also measures ?1? (25.1mm) ? so it?s probably stock.
I might still open it up (molester) it anyway.

Now back to rebuilding my bottom end...
