I live in Folsom, near Sacramento. I used to ride with a guy up in Oregon who rode a 430 Auto. He was blazingly fast in the woods on that thing but every now and then he would stop, cuss out loud, throw the bike on the right side and start ripping off the left engine cover. He carried spare parts in his bag and could repair it in about ten minutes or so.

You know that Husqvarna is from Sweden and this "scooter" were awesome for that time! :D :D :D
Many Endurochamps ride it, but broke a lot of races and stop race them.
It was to much maintance. :evil: :evil: :evil:
I have race many huskys in my days,were very easy to shift engine to
another size: 125,240,250,390,420,430,488 in same frame to 1987

Yes your right Doordie,but when Cagiva bought Husky out a few years later it became real hard to get parts.Thats why my 390 and 500 auto sit out in a shed and my brother has a 410 that sits,but in the 70's to about '82 they where a great bike.Husky had built the first competitve 4 stroke that started the whole 4 stroke thing going.
