85 KX500 Motor Questions

Im working on a 1985 KX500 engine and i was wondering do any parts from any other KX500's interchange with this engine? Like parts from an 84, 86, or 87? Or was it kind of a one year run and only 85 parts will work in it?  :?

I know obviously the head and cylinder are 85 only. What i need to know will a clutch basket and impeller from a different year KX500 work on the 85? If not is there any after market company that makes a replacements or do i have to resort to watching ebay? Also will the 88 to 04 piston work with that 85 motor? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
