Clutch Maintenance

Hi All,

After I adjusted my clutch cable, I happened to notice that the rear wheel moved a little with the kickstarter when the bike is in neutral.  When it's off the stand, the chain will rise a little with the kickstarter but it will not move the bike.  Is this normal?

Everything seems fine when it's running, but didn;t know if this is a start of a problems.
