vintage MXer:
need a coil for this 86 500B2, does the coil from the 125 and 250 work?
or do you have to have the one for the 500?

yep they are all the same.  :-D you can use any kx coil as long as the wiring is the same and the fixing holes. even kx 80s and 100s
