I've decided not to go the 13T route . Not needed . When the jetting was finally figured out and optimised ( it was way too rich ) , the bike has more than enough forward thrust :) 3rd gear roll on's points the front wheel skyward . 1st and 2nd gear ..... well , you guys know what happens :)

Do not! do not! do not! use a 13 tooth sprocket on the K5
I just took the one off that came on the 88 I have and it nearly chewed through the case...
It is not uniform in its scraping either... it was hit and miss on the case in all areas.. I am sure chain slack and alignment played a role but the chain just did not have the clearence on the 88

Just don't run an o-ring chain with a 13t.  it will rub the case some.
